The Department is scoping a rulemaking to amend OAR Chapter 690, Divisions 250, 260, 300 and 340. We invite you to join us at open houses to share your thoughts on how we should address topics such as waste of water, bulges in the system, exempt uses, violations and penalties. We will also explain required rule changes from recent legislation, including exempt use and water hauling.
