The Festival of Well-Being returns to NCRD on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4 for a full weekend of connection, creativity, and wellness.

Saturday, October 3 from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. will feature a diverse group of wellness practitioners offering interactive experiences, along with community art activities, fairy hair, and opportunities to explore different ways to support your well-being.

On Sunday, October 4, the festival continues with a full day of free wellness workshops at NCRD, offering the community opportunities to learn, experience, and go a little deeper.

The Festival of Well-Being is designed to bring people together and showcase the many different ways wellness can look and feel.
